She has been following a plant-based lifestyle for over six years and currently counsels clients on transitioning to a plant-based diet to prevent and reverse heart disease.
In addition to improving the nutrition habits of her clients, she enjoys working as a personal trainer to help others achieve their health and fitness goals. When she's not coaching clients, she enjoys hitting the gym and hiking trails around Austin, playing tennis, reading at local coffee shops, and testing out new plant-based recipes in her kitchen.
