Dr. Teo Wan Lin is a board-certified dermatologist in Singapore and the director of TWL Specialist Skin & Laser Centre. She has over a decade of medical experience and is a skin specialist who manages chronic skin, hair, and nail diseases. In her dermatology practice, she manages patients with sensitive skin and eczema, rosacea and acne, amongst more complex dermatological conditions. Dr. Teo is also the chief scientific officer of Dr.TWL Dermaceuticals, a dermocosmetic skincare brand. She has authored the following books: Skincare Bible: Dermatologist’s Tips for Cosmeceutical Skincare, Haircare Bible: Dermatologist's Tips for Haircare and Hair Loss, and Masking Up: Dermatologist’s Guide to Maskne. Dr. Teo has authored more than 10 papers in peer-reviewed scientific journals. Her area of research is in botanical dermocosmetics, biofunctional textiles, and the skin microbiome. Dr. Teo also hosts a beauty podcast - Dermatologist Talks: Science of Beauty on Spotify, which covers the latest trends in beauty, skincare, and dermatology news.
